A responsive PWA that connects snooker tournament publishing, registrations, reservations, Pix and card payments, waitlists, financial operations and shareable player cards.
The product
Snooker organizers often coordinate promotion, registration, payment confirmation, capacity and participant communication across separate tools. ProPass turns that fragmented process into one responsive journey: organizers publish a tournament and share its link; athletes register, reserve a place and complete payment on mobile.
The platform
As a responsive, installable PWA, ProPass combines public tournament pages with protected organizer and administration workflows. A Node.js backend and PostgreSQL keep tournament status, price batches, temporary seat reservations, waitlists, participant records, payment state and financial exports in one operational model.
Payments and reliability
Checkout supports Pix and cards through Mercado Pago Marketplace, including seller authorization, webhooks, idempotent payment handling and encrypted credentials. Service-worker support, email and WhatsApp flows, operational telemetry and Playwright coverage help the product perform beyond the happy path.
Result
One responsive platform gives organizers control over tournaments, capacity and finances while athletes can reserve and pay for places from their phones.
